Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is an American author of cookbooks who has earned Emmy Awards. She hosts the oldest Food Network series, Barefoot Contessa. It premiered in 2002. The show will run for 27 more seasons. Ina Garten started her career in the White House where she wrote the nuclear energy policy as well as budget reports. Ina was initially enthused by the intellectual stimulation of her job, but soon began to lose interest. She instead bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty grocery store. The store was a success for 18 years. the store extremely successful before letting it go and grabbing a pen to begin writing her first cookbook. There were other cookbooks to follow, as were magazine articles. The Food Network TV show also began its first season with great hit. In addition, she sells all kinds of cooking equipment, tools and storage containers. Ina has never been to any cookery school or had a job in a restaurant. She is completely self-taught. Ina is known for her relaxed way of cooking and entertaining. Some of her best known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
