Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. Her most famous work is her character on the CW television show Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as the main singer of The Pretty Reckless. Momsen has seen her music used in films and TV shows such as How to Be single Going to the Limit and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on July 26 1993. She is the younger sibling of Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She studied dance in the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. Her first professional performance came aged three in a national commercial for Shake 'n Bake. Momsen's career came to a slow halt for three years until she received an acting role as the lead in Misconceptions, a WB show Misconceptions. Momsen did also appear at that time in Saving Shiloh (2006). Additionally, she was among the top three contenders for Hannah Montana's main part. However, Miley Cyrus was awarded the role.
