Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is a Canadian-American singer-songwriter. She has released more than 20 albums. Her music is classified as folk music and alternative rock however it is also influenced by punk funk hip hop and jazz. Ani diFranco was among the first artist to launch her own label in 1990. Ani is widely considered as a feminist icons. DiFranco was the child of Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco.
